Supercharged Thinking is a shared initiative by Tom Kegode (Joyful Humanity) and Chris Thomason (Ingenious Growth). Your data is jointly controlled by both parties.

When you submit the contact form or complete the diagnostic, we collect:

• Your first name and last name
• Your email address
• Your company name and company size
• Your areas of interest (optional)
• Any additional message or challenge you choose to include (optional)
• Your diagnostic answers and score, if you complete the diagnostic

Why we collect it

We collect this data solely to respond to your enquiry about Supercharged Thinking. We use it to understand your needs and arrange a conversation with you.

Who has access

Only Tom Kegode and Chris Thomason have access to your data. We do not share your information with any third parties.

How long we keep it

We retain your data until you request its removal. You can make this request at any time by contacting either of us.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of any inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw your consent at any time
